Billing & Shipping
Donna Di Lusso accepts Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Paypal.
Orders are processed daily and delivered within 5 to 7 business
days across Australia, except for weekends and public holidays.
If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will
be processed and sent the next business day.
Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact
Us page within three hours of the order being placed. Any
request received after that will be considered, however cancellation
or changes cannot occur if orders have been packed and/or
dispatched.
Returns & Money Back Guarantee
If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've
received, please let us know by emailing us at info@lussoshoes.com.au
within 30 calendar days of receipt and our Customer Service
department will contact you. Returns can only be made following
authorisation by Customer Services.

We are happy to refund postage costs and your money
back if the item is defective.

If item is sent due to our error, a new item will be
resent and postage costs will not apply.

If item exchange is requested due to incorrect size,
a credit will be offered and you will be able to utilise
the credit to obtain an alternative new item. You will
be provided with an Australia Post postage paid number.
Postage costs will not apply to return the item nor to
receive a replacement item.
In order to process your returns, all eligible online returns
require:

Copy of return authorization (from our Customer Services
Department)

A copy of your delivery note

Customer Service Department will require a reason for
the return

Product must be in original condition, unused and with
all tickets and labels attached.
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any
damage in transit.
